How to Build a Clear Wholesale Shisha Charcoal Price List

Make every price line describe the same offer: product reference, pack and case contents, order tier, currency, delivery basis, validity and exclusions. Use the field checklist to identify missing scope.

01 · Define what each price buys

Make the offer comparable before making it attractive.

A useful shisha charcoal wholesale price list identifies the product, the pack and case configuration, the price unit, the applicable order tier, currency, delivery basis, validity and exclusions. A number without those fields is not enough to compare offers. Put the essential scope beside the price instead of relying on a customer to reconstruct it from several messages.

This guide is for importers, distributors and brand owners preparing or reviewing a commercial list. The checklist and example row define a structure; they are not current Unimax prices, pack sizes, minimum quantities or available SKUs. Populate them only with confirmed information for the relevant offer.

Keep a general catalogue, a scoped quotation and an accepted order distinguishable in your workflow. Identify the document’s purpose and the next confirmation step. Do not let a planning placeholder look like an approved commercial commitment.

02 · Product specification

Use an identified reference, not a grade name alone.

Give each line a unique SKU or candidate code and a clear product description. Link cube dimensions, agreed tolerances, specification revision and the proposed product reference where relevant. If a technical parameter appears, retain the supporting basis rather than copying an unsupported performance claim into a price column.

Separate product variants from pack variants. Two rows can use the same charcoal reference but different retail packs or branding scope. Conversely, two offers carrying a similar grade name may not describe the same specification. Record the actual reference that allows purchasing and receiving teams to match the offer.

For a private-label line, identify whether the quoted scope includes standard packaging, buyer artwork, a new pack proposal or a separate development stage. Mark unconfirmed feasibility and artwork inputs as pending. A pack image is context, not a substitute for an orderable configuration.

03 · Price unit and case quantity

Keep per-kilogram, per-pack and per-carton prices explicit.

State the currency and price unit in every row or in an unmistakable shared heading. Define whether a kilogram basis refers to net charcoal mass. For pack-based prices, record the declared net contents per retail pack; for case-based prices, record retail units per case and any inner grouping.

Use confirmed contents to calculate comparable units. Net charcoal mass per case equals retail units per case multiplied by declared net mass per retail unit. A price per net kilogram multiplied by that mass gives a comparable product amount per case only when the same packaging and commercial scope apply.

Do not divide a case price by gross shipping weight and call the result a net-charcoal price. Do not infer an exact cube count from nominal dimensions. Keep product mass, packaging weight, unit count and order quantity as separate fields.

If you display more than one unit price, name the source unit and conversion basis. Recheck the arithmetic after changing pack contents or units per case. A correct number attached to a superseded pack revision still describes the wrong offer.

04 · Order tiers

Write the qualifying quantity and what it applies to.

For every proposed tier, state its quantity unit and boundary conditions. Clarify whether it applies to one SKU, one pack configuration, one order or an approved mixed assortment. Do not assume a customer may combine different products to reach a tier unless that scope has been confirmed.

Avoid overlapping ranges and undefined upper or lower boundaries. State how the boundary quantity is treated and whether the tier price applies to all qualifying units or only part of the quantity. Keep the interpretation visible instead of resolving it differently in each sales conversation.

Separate the price-tier threshold from any production, packaging or order constraint. A volume forecast is not necessarily the order quantity that qualifies for a quoted tier. Record any additional conditions the current offer actually requires, with an owner for confirmation.

Use placeholders for unapproved tiers in an internal draft. A published list should not imply discounts, pack availability or mixed-case supply simply because those rows are convenient to display.

05 · Delivery basis and exclusions

Specify the scope instead of treating a trade abbreviation as the whole offer.

Where an Incoterms® rule is used, record the selected rule, the relevant named place or port and the edition in the offer. Have the responsible commercial and logistics parties confirm its suitability for the intended transaction. Do not choose a rule solely because it appeared in a previous price list.

ICC describes these rules as allocating delivery-related tasks, costs and risks. Use its official guidance for the applicable rule. This article does not reproduce the rules or assign a universal freight, clearance or insurance responsibility to a buyer or seller.

List offer-specific inclusions, exclusions and unresolved charges clearly, and reconcile them with the selected delivery basis. Do not mark a cost excluded if that contradicts the agreed scope. Separate a confirmed inclusion, a priced add-on, an excluded item and a charge still awaiting confirmation.

Keep payment conditions, order confirmation and other commercial requirements in clearly referenced fields or an identified quotation. A delivery abbreviation and currency do not define every aspect of a transaction. Resolve missing scope before comparing totals or placing an order.

06 · Currency, validity and control

Make it clear which version the buyer is reading.

Use an unambiguous currency identifier and keep converted display amounts separate from the actual quotation currency. If an indicative conversion is shown, state its date and assumptions. Do not leave a currency symbol to carry the entire meaning of an international offer.

Give the list an issue date, version and defined validity period, including any stated conditions. Distinguish price validity from stock allocation, production availability and delivery timing. A list still within its validity period does not by itself prove that the requested quantity has been reserved.

Name the person responsible for updates and identify which earlier revision the list supersedes. When a specification, case ratio, unit basis or included service changes, reconcile the affected price rows rather than editing only the headline amount.

Before release, have another reviewer trace one line from product reference through pack contents, price unit, tier and exclusions. Record remaining open items. When a buyer requests a current offer, use the controlled scope rather than forwarding an old screenshot with unexplained revisions.

07 · Applied comparison

The cheaper carton may not be the comparable offer.

Illustrative scenario: Offer A is priced per case but leaves retail units per case unstated. Offer B is priced per net kilogram with an identified retail-pack configuration. You cannot rank them on the displayed numbers alone. First confirm A’s net contents and pack reference, then align currency, quantity tier and delivery scope.

If one offer includes a defined packaging service and another lists it as pending, do not treat the missing amount as zero. Keep the comparison incomplete until the material scope is resolved. A neat price table should expose uncertainty, not hide it.

Use the field checklist below to close the gaps and record the next commercial question. Follow the quotation-comparison guide for evaluating multiple offers; this page defines the information each list should contain.

Wholesale price-list field checklist

Complete the fields for each confirmed configuration. Keep pending values in an internal draft or clearly identified review record; they are not approved offer terms. This checklist is a structure for commercial information, not a current Unimax price list.

Check product, quantity and commercial scope before releasing a price line.

Example row structure — placeholders only

SKU ___ · specification revision ___ · retail pack/net contents ___ · units per case ___ · qualifying quantity/tier ___ · currency and amount ___ per defined unit ___ · delivery rule/location/edition ___ · valid until ___ · included/excluded scope ___ · offer revision ___.

Comparison check: net mass per case = retail units per case × net mass per retail unit. A converted price is comparable only when the product, packing, tier, currency and commercial scope also match.

Wholesale price-list questions

Can I compare prices per carton directly?

Only after confirming equivalent product, net contents, packaging, qualifying quantity, currency and delivery scope. The word carton does not define its contents.

Does a valid price list reserve stock?

Do not infer reservation from price validity. Obtain confirmation of the requested quantity and timing in the actual offer or order process.

Does a volume tier automatically apply to mixed SKUs?

No. Confirm whether the quantity qualifies per SKU, configuration, order or an expressly approved mix.

Are current Unimax prices shown here?

No. This is a field checklist with placeholders. Send a defined requirement to request current feasibility and a scoped quotation.

Delivery-rule reference

The delivery-basis section was checked against ICC’s official Incoterms® 2020 guidance on 21 October 2026. Confirm the selected rule and location for the actual transaction. The checklist does not reproduce or replace the official rules.
